Armstrong Prospecting Jig

This is a robust, stable, precision jig for the processing of diamond and heavy mineral prospecting samples. The heavy duty funnels and frame are powdercoated, it has galvanized, moving parts and high tensile, galvanized nuts and bolts are used throughout. By turning the screen adjuster arms, the level of the screens can be adjusted and locked while the machine is in operation to ensure that the concentrate forms in the centre of the screens. The jig can comfortably process 12 samples an hour of the classified material produced by the Armstrong Shaker Machine.
